Reset a learner password
A parent can reset a learner password from the parent experience without creating a new learner account.
Steps

Sign in to the parent account.

Open the learner you want to manage.
- 3
Choose the password reset option.
- 4
Enter and confirm the new password.
- 5
Save the change.
- 6
Ask the learner to sign in again with the new password.
Important
Fahi Hisaabu Support will never ask you to send your password through WhatsApp.
