What happens when a trial expires?
When the 3-day trial ends, the learner can still sign in, but Premium learning activities are locked.
Steps

The learner signs in as usual.

The dashboard shows Trial Expired.
- 3
Opening a locked learning activity prompts the learner to ask the parent.
- 4
The learner can use Notify My Parent.
- 5
The linked parent receives a notification.
- 6
The parent can then upgrade the learner to Premium.
Important
Notify My Parent has a cooldown to prevent repeated notifications.
