Upgrade a learner to Premium
Parents can upgrade an eligible learner from the parent account when a trial is active or after it has expired.
Steps
- 1
Sign in to the parent account.

Select the learner you want to upgrade.
- 3
Open the upgrade or subscription option.
- 4
Review the subscription information shown on screen.
- 5
Choose the available payment method and follow the instructions.
- 6
Submit the payment details for approval.
- 7
Premium access activates after the payment is approved.
