Upload a bank-transfer slip
If you pay by bank transfer, upload a clear payment slip from the learner upgrade page so the payment can be reviewed.
Steps

Open the learner upgrade page from the parent account.

Choose the bank-transfer payment option.
- 3
Complete the transfer using the instructions shown.
- 4
Take a clear screenshot or photo of the payment confirmation.
- 5
Upload the transfer slip.
- 6
Submit the payment for approval.
Important
Keep the original payment record until the learner subscription has been activated.
