Notify My Parent after trial expiry
An expired learner can send a notification to the linked parent asking for a Premium upgrade.
Steps

Sign in to the learner account.

Open a locked Premium activity or the trial-expired prompt.
- 3
Choose Notify My Parent.
- 4
A notification is sent to the linked parent account.
- 5
The learner sees confirmation that the parent has been notified.
Important
The notification has a cooldown period, so it cannot be sent repeatedly within a short time.
