1. About Hisaabu Edu
Hisaabu Edu is an online mathematics learning platform for primary-school learners. The service provides digital learning activities, practice questions, revision, assessments, games, rewards and progress features.
2. Accounts and Parent Responsibility
A parent or guardian is responsible for creating and managing the parent account and for learner accounts linked to it. Account information should be accurate and kept secure. Login credentials should not be shared with people who are not authorised to use the account.
3. Trial and Subscription Access
New learners may receive a limited free trial. Continued access to premium features after the trial requires an active subscription. Subscription access may depend on successful payment verification where bank transfer is used.
4. Educational Use
Hisaabu Edu is intended to support mathematics learning and practice. It does not replace a learner's school, teacher, official curriculum materials or professional educational advice.
5. Acceptable Use
Users must not misuse the platform, attempt to bypass access restrictions, interfere with security, manipulate rewards or progress, access another user's account without permission, or use the service for unlawful or harmful purposes.
6. Learning Content and Results
Hisaabu Edu aims to provide useful and age-appropriate learning content. Scores, progress indicators, rewards and reports are intended to support learning and should not be treated as official school examination results unless explicitly stated.
7. Payments, Refunds and Cancellations
Payments, subscription activation, refunds and cancellations are governed by the Hisaabu Edu Payment Policy. Users should review that policy before purchasing a subscription.
8. Availability and Changes
We may update, improve, add, remove or temporarily suspend features as the platform develops or when maintenance, security or technical issues require it. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
9. Privacy
Use of personal and learner information is governed by the Hisaabu Edu Privacy Policy. Parents and guardians should review the Privacy Policy to understand how information may be collected and used.
10. Intellectual Property
The Hisaabu Edu name, branding, platform design and original learning materials are protected content belonging to their respective owner or licensors. Users may use the service for personal learning purposes but may not copy, resell or redistribute protected platform content without permission.
11. Account Suspension or Termination
Access may be restricted or suspended where an account is used in breach of these terms, for security reasons, or where subscription access has expired. Where appropriate, users may contact support for help resolving account issues.
12. Changes to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated as Hisaabu Edu develops. The latest version and update date will be published on this page.
